摘要
本试验重点探究了提高Nb_2O_5松装比的方法和五害除杂条件,通过提高铌液浓度、选择不同沉淀剂,控制沉淀速度、沉淀温度和焙烧时间,可生产出松装比重大于1.0 g/cm3 Nb_2O_5产品。通过改变萃取的酸洗条件,强化酸过程,五害杂质S、P、As、Sb、Bi含量可分别小于50 mg/L、100 mg/L、20 mg/L、20 mg/L、3 mg/L,最终产品可实现规模化生产。
This experiment focuses on the method of improving the loosening ratio of Nb2O5 and the conditions for removing impurities. Nb2O5 products with a bulk specific gravity greater than 1.0 g/cm3 can be produced by increasing the concentration of mash, selecting different precipitants, controlling the precipitation rate, the precipitation temperature and the calcination time. By changing the pickling conditions of the extraction and strengthening the acid process, the contents of S, P, As, Sb and Bi of the five harmful impurities can be less than 50 mg/L, 100 mg/L, 20 mg/L, 20 mg/L, 3 mg/L, respectively, the final product can achieve large-scale production.
