基于海洋生态资本的区域可持续发展探讨

Discussion on Regional Sustainable Development Based on Marine Ecological Capital

不可再生资源逐渐枯竭,国家更重视对海洋资源的合理开发,我国属海洋资源丰富的国家之一,海洋经济以10%速率逐年增加,成为沿海城市重要经济支柱。但是,粗放经营破坏海洋生态系统,渔业枯竭、环境恶化、生物多样性流失等给海洋生态资源持续发展造成威胁。因此,本文对海洋生态资本的区域可持续发展详细分析,在了解海洋生态资本现状的基础上,为促进海洋生态资本区域持续发展提出一些建议。

Non-renewable resources are gradually depleted, and the state attaches more importance to the rational development of marine resources. China is one of the countries with abundant marine resources. The marine economy has increased at a rate of 10% year by year and has become an important economic pillar of coastal cities. However, extensive management of marine ecosystems, fisheries depletion, environmental degradation, loss of biodiversity, etc. pose a threat to the sustainable development of marine ecological resources. Therefore, this paper analyzes the regional sustainable development of marine ecological capital in detail, and on the basis of understanding the current status of marine ecological capital, it puts forward some suggestions for promoting the sustainable development of marine ecological capital.
