摘要
本研究主要探讨了燃气资源梯级利用,结合天然气企业能源消耗情况可知,降低天然气使用量的有效措施在于烘烤天然气。通过工艺试验和理论计算可知,利用低热值转炉煤气替代天然气进行烘烤具有显著效果,可以确保能源使用设备内部温度稳定。利用回收试验可以获得最适宜的转炉煤气回收范围,显著提升煤气回收能力,满足转炉煤气烘烤使用量需求。燃气资源梯级利用可以有效降低天然气能源消耗,减少成本投入,避免对环境造成污染。
This study mainly discusses the cascade utilization of gas resources. Combined with the energy consumption of natural gas enterprises, the effective measure to reduce the use of natural gas is to roast natural gas. Through the process test and theoretical calculation, it can be known that the use of low calorific value converter gas instead of natural gas for baking has a significant effect, which can ensure the internal temperature stability of the energy use equipment. The recovery test can be used to obtain the optimum range of converter gas recovery, which significantly improves the gas recovery capacity and meets the demand for converter gas baking. The cascade utilization of gas resources can effectively reduce natural gas energy consumption, reduce cost investment, and avoid environmental pollution.
