摘要
本文就湿法炼锌中性上清液的净化除钴工序,进行了添加净化活化剂除钴的研究,确定了最佳操作条件:反应温度75~80℃、搅拌反应时间75 min、净化活化剂用量为钴量3倍、除钴剂用量为钴量20倍。除钴操作温度从90~95℃降低至75~80℃,节约了蒸汽消耗;同时锌粉消耗降低20%~30%。
This paper deals with the purification and cobalt removal of neutral supernatant from zinc hydrometallurgy, the removal of cobalt by adding purifying activator was studied,the optimum operating conditions were determined: the reaction temperature is 75 ~ 80 ℃, the stirring reaction time is 75 min, the amount of purifying activator is 3 times that of cobalt, and the amount of cobalt removing agent is 20 times that of cobalt. The operation temperature of cobalt removal is reduced from 90 ~ 95 ℃ to 75 ~ 80℃, which saves steam consumption and reduces zinc powder consumption by 20%~ 30%.
