基于ANP-RMRP集成模型的水资源承载状况分析评价

摘要 本研究从承载能力、承载状态、承载压力三个角度构建了水资源承载状况评价指标体系,以辽宁省地级行政区为评价对象,选用网络层次分析法计算权重,引入基于估计相对位置的等级评价法对其2016年水资源承载状况进行综合评价。结果表明,辽宁省水资源承载状况极不均衡,区域之间存在水资源配置和开发利用不合理的情况。 The evaluation index system of water resources bearing status is constructed from three aspects: bearing capacity, bearing situation and bearing pressure. Taking the administrative regions of Liaoning Province as the evaluation object, the analytic network process is used to calculate weight of each index, and the ranking evaluation method on relative position is introduced to comprehensively evaluate the water resources bearing status of Liaoning Province in 2016. The results show that the water resources bearing situation in Liaoning Province is extremely unbalanced, which reflects that there are cases where water resources allocation, development and utilization are unreasonable among cities.
