摘要 以印染废水的COD和浊度为指标,考察氧化-混凝法(Fenton试剂-PAFC-CPAM)处理印染废水的效果。试验结果表明,Fenton试剂单独处理印染废水时,在pH值为4,FeSO4和H2O2的投加量分别为0.3、1.32g/L时,COD的质量浓度和浊度分别降至602.3mg/L和60NTU。Fenton试剂与PAFC(0.5g/L)联合处理时,COD的质量浓度和浊度分别降至484.6mg/L和38NTU,继续投加6mg/L的CPAM后,COD的质量浓度和浊度分别降至419.9mg/L和25NTU,COD去除率达到了51.22%。Fenton试剂-PAFC-CPAM联合处理印染废水的效果明显优于单一试剂。 Taking COD and turbidity as the research indicators, the test of printing and dyeing wastewater treatment by oxidation-coagulation(Fenton reagent-PAFC-CPAM) was investigated. Under the condition that the pH value was 4, the dosage of FeSO4 and H2O2 were 0.3 and 1.32 g/L, the COD mass concentration and turbidity decreased to 602.3 mg/L and 60 NTU respectively. Using the combined process of Fenton reagent and PAFC(0.5 g/L) to treat the said kind of wastewater, the mass concentration of COD and the turbidity decreased to 484.6 mg/L and 38 NTU respectively, after continuously addition of CPAM with mass concentration of 6 mg/L, the above indicators decreased to 419.9 mg/L and 25 NTU respectively, the removal rate of COD reached 51.22%. It could be seen that, compared to single reagent, combined process of Fenton reagent-PAFC-CPAM could obtain better treatment effect when treating printing and dyeing wastewater.
