利用烟气余热低温热干化处理市政污泥协同效应分析 被引量:3

摘要 某热电厂利用烟气余热低温热干化协同处理市政污泥,将污泥含水率从81.1%降至38.2%,使污泥体积减少2/3左右;同时烟气余热低温热干化处理市政污泥过程中可提供热值1.35×1011kJ/a,相当于替代烟煤约4680t/a,替代无烟煤约3991t/a,替代褐煤约5901t/a。通过监测分析,在干化过程中污泥对烟气中的PM2.5、PM10、SO2、NOx的平均去除率分别为60%、44%、22%、9%。热电厂利用烟气余热低温热干化协同处理市政污泥,可有效利用烟气余热,减少污泥体积,同时降低烟气污染物排放量。 A thermal power plant used waste heat from flue gas to treat municipal sluge by synergistic process of heat drying, which made the sludge moisture content decreased from 81.1% to 38.2% and the sludge volume reduced by about 2/3, meanwhile, 1.35 × 1011 kJ heat value could be offered during the treatment process, which equaled saving bituminous coal 4 680 t/a, anthracite coal 3 991 t/a and brown coal 5 901 t/a. Through the monitoring analysis, it could be seen that, the average removal rates of PM2.5, PM10, SO2, NOx in the flue gas were 60%, 44%, 22% and 9% respectively. Therefore, it could draw a conclustion that, using waste heat from flue gas to treat municipal sluge by synergistic process of heat drying could realize effective utilization of flue gas waste heat, reduce sludge volume and decrease emission amount of flue gas pollutant.
