摘要
针对贵阳某化肥公司磷煤化工基地渗漏液、脱盐水系统浓水和硫酸再生水,工程设计采用2个系列:Ⅰ系列处理脱盐水系统浓水、硫酸再生水及渗漏液,采用石灰反应-混凝反应-高效沉淀-中和-过滤-离子交换(预留)工艺处理后达标排放,Ⅱ系列处理渗漏液,采用石灰反应-混凝反应-高效沉淀-CO2反应-中和工艺处理后回用。介绍了废水处理工艺流程、设计参数、工程运行情况。运行结果表明:系统运行稳定,运行成本低,出水水质能够满足GB15580—2011《磷肥工业水污染物排放标准》表3的直接排放标准。
In view of the characteristics of the effusion, desalination system concentrated water, sulfuric acid reclaimed water of a phosphorus coal chemical industry base of a chemical fertilizer company in Guiyang, two series of engineering design were adopted. Series Ⅰ: treating desalination system concentrated water, sulfuric acid reclaimed water and effusion by combined process of lime reaction-coagulation-efficient sedimentation-neutralization-filtration-ion exchange(reserved), and the effluent water quality met the discharge standard. Series Ⅱ: treating effusion by combined process of lime reaction-coagulation-efficient sedimentation-CO2 reaction-neutration, and reclaiming the effluent. The process flow, design parameters, and running condition of the project were introduced. The Results showed that, the said system could ran stably with low cost, the effluent water quality met the direct discharge standard of tab 3 in GB 15580-2011 Discharge Standard Water Pollutants Phosphate Fertilizer Industry.
