摘要
目的探讨皮质外骨桥技术联合锁定加压钢板治疗肱骨干骨折术后萎缩性骨不连的临床效果。方法回顾性分析2012年1月至2016年6月于我院接受肱骨干骨折手术后发生萎缩性骨不连的21例患者的临床资料,患者均行皮质外骨桥技术联合锁定加压钢板治疗,分析患者的治疗效果。结果所有患者骨不连均获痊愈,且无畸形愈合;平均愈合时间为(6.58±2.23)个月。治疗后,患者肘关节功能、肩关节功能评分均显著高于治疗前(P<0.05);肘关节功能恢复优良率为95.24%,肩关节功能恢复优良率为85.71%。治疗后,患者生理机能、躯体疼痛及社会功能评分均高于治疗前(P<0.05)。随访期间,所有患者均未出现并发症。结论皮质外骨桥技术联合锁定加压钢板治疗肱骨干骨折术后萎缩性骨不连的效果显著,可显著改善患者关节功能及健康功能,骨折愈合率高,且未发生并发症,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of extracortical bone bridge technique combined with locking compression plate in the treatment of atrophic nonunion after humeral shaft fracture surgery. Methods The clinical data of21 patients with atrophic nonunion after humeral shaft fracture surgery in our hospital from January 2012 to June 2016 were retrospectively analyzed. All patients were treated with extracortical bone bridge technique combined with locking compression plate, and the therapeutic effect was analyzed. Results The nonunion was cured in all patients without malunion, and the average healing time was(6.58 ±2.23) months. After treatment, the scores of elbow joint function and shoulder joint function were significantly higher than those before treatment(P<0.05);the excellent and good rate of elbow joint function recovery was 95.24%, and the excellent and good rate of shoulder joint function recovery was 85.71%. After treatment, the scores of physiological function, somatic pain and social function were higher than those before treatment(P<0.05). No complications occurred during the follow-up period. Conclusion Extracortical bone bridge technique combined with locking compression plate in the treatment of atrophic nonunion after humeral shaft fracture surgery has a significant effect, it can significantly improve the joint function and health function of patients, with high fracture healing rate and without complications, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
