双歧杆菌四联活菌片联合多潘立酮治疗小儿功能性消化不良的临床效果

Clinical effect of Bifidobacterium tetragenous viable bacteria tablets combined with domperidone in the treatment of children with functional dyspepsia

目的探讨双歧杆菌四联活菌片联合多潘立酮治疗小儿功能性消化不良(FD)的临床效果。方法选择我院2016年6月至2017年6月收治的86例FD患儿为研究对象,将患儿按照随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组,各43例。研究组给予双歧杆菌四联活菌片联合多潘立酮治疗,对照组给予多潘立酮治疗。比较两组患儿治疗前、后症状积分、临床治疗效果、不良反应发生情况及复发率。结果治疗后,两组患儿腹胀、胃脘痛、纳差少食、不易消化积分均明显降低,且研究组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患儿的治疗总有效率及复发率均显著优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患儿的不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论双歧杆菌四联活菌片联合多潘立酮治疗小儿FD能够改善患儿临床症状和体征,降低复发率,效果显著,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Bifidobacterium tetragenous viable bacteria tablets combined with domperidone in the treatment of children with functional dyspepsia(FD). Methods Eighty-six children with FD admitted in our hospital from June 2016 to June 2017 were selected as the research objects and divided into study group and control group according to the random number table method, with 43 cases in each group. The study group was treated with Bifidobacterium tetragenous viable bacteria tablets combined with domperidone, while the control group was treated with domperidone. The symptoms scores before and after treatment, clinical treatment effects, adverse reactions and recurrence rates were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the scores of abdominal distension,epigastralgia, poor appetite and indigestion in the two groups significantly decreased, and those in the study group were lower than the control group, the differences were statiscally significant(P<0.05). The total effective rate of treatment and recurrence rate of the study group were significantly better than those of the control group, and the differences were statiscally significant(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P >0.05). Conclusion Bifidobacterium tetragenous viable bacteria tablets combined with domperidone in the treatment of children with FD can improve the clinical symptoms and signs of children, decrease the recurrence rate, get a remarkable effect and is worthy of promotion and application in clinic.
