奥硝唑合剂联合一次性根管填充治疗儿童牙体牙髓病的效果 被引量:12

摘要 目的分析奥硝唑合剂联合一次性根管填充治疗儿童牙体牙髓病的效果。方法将100例(186颗患牙)牙体牙髓病患儿随机分为对照组(92颗患牙)和观察组(94颗患牙),各50例。对照组给予一次性根管填充治疗,观察组应用奥硝唑合剂联合一次性根管填充治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果治疗后,两组咬合力和咀嚼效能均改善,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的牙龈肿胀、咬合不适及感染发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论奥硝唑合剂联合一次性根管填充治疗儿童牙体牙髓病可更好地改善患儿咀嚼功能,提高治疗效果,降低并发症发生率。 Objective To analyze on the effect of ornidazole mixture combined with disposable root canal filling on dental pulp disease in children. Methods A total of 100(186 teeth) children with dental pulp disease were randomly divided into control group(92 teeth) and observation group(94 teeth), with 50 cases in each group. The control group was treated with disposable root canal filling, while the observation group was treated with ornidazole mixture combined with disposable root canal filling. The therapeutic effects were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the occlusal force and masticatory function of both groups improved, and those in the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05). The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). The incidences of gingival swelling, occlusal discomfort and infection in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Ornidazole mixture combined with disposable root canal filling can better improve the masticatory function of children with dental pulp disease, enhance the treatment effect and reduce the incidence of complications.
