眼部按摩八法配合五行音乐疗法辅助治疗干眼症的效果

Effect of eight methods of eye massage combined with five elements music therapy in auxiliary treatment of dry eye disease

目的观察眼部按摩八法配合五行音乐疗法治疗干眼症的临床效果。方法将本院收治的80例干眼症患者随机分为试验组和对照组,各40例。两组均采用玻璃酸钠滴眼液滴眼治疗,而试验组给予眼部按摩八法配合五行音乐疗法辅助治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果试验组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者的泪液分泌试验(SIt)及泪膜破裂时间(BUT)均改善,且试验组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论眼部按摩八法配合五行音乐疗法是治疗干眼症的一种安全、有效、无副作用的绿色辅助疗法,可以延长BUT,促进眼部血液循环,改善眼干、眼涩等症状,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the curative effect of eight methods of eye massage combined with five elements music therapy in auxiliary treatment of dry eye disease. Methods Eighty patients with dry eye disease admitted in our hospital were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 40 cases in each group. Both groups were treated with sodium hyaluronate eye drops, and the experimental group added eight methods of eye massage and five elements music as an adjuvant therapy. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the tear secretion test(SIt) and tear film rupture time(BUT) improved in both groups, and those of the experimental group were better than the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Eight methods of eye massage combined with five elements music adjuvant therapy is a safe, effective and no-side-effect green adjuvant therapy for dry eye disease, which can prolong the BUT, promote eye blood circulation, improve symptoms such as dry eyes and eyelids and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
