建中行气活血汤加减治疗功能性便秘伴心身疾病的效果及对生活质量的影响

Effect of modified Jianzhong Xingqi Huoxue decoction on functional constipation and psychosomatic disease and its influence on quality of life

目的探讨应用建中行气活血汤加减治疗功能性便秘伴心身疾病的效果及对患者生活质量的影响。方法将我院收治的功能性便秘伴心身疾病患者100例以随机数字表分为对照组和研究组,各50例。对照组给予常规西药治疗,研究组在对照组基础上应用建中行气活血汤加减治疗。比较两组治疗效果及治疗前、后的生活质量。结果研究组患者的治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者的生理、心理、社会关系和环境评分均升高,且研究组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论建中行气活血汤加减治疗功能性便秘伴心身疾病可提高治疗效果,改善患者的生活质量。

Objective To explore the effect of modified Jianzhong Xingqi Huoxue decoction on functional constipation and psychosomatic disease and its influence on quality of life. Methods A total of 100 patients with functional constipation and psychosomatic diseases admitted in our hospital were divided into control group and research group by random number table,with 50 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine western medicine. The research group was treated with modified Jianzhong Xingqi Huoxue decoction on the basis of the control group. The treatment effects and quality of life before and after treatment in both groups were compared. Results The effective rate of treatment in the research group was higher than that in the control group(P <0.05). After treatment, the scores of physiological, psychological, social and environmental in the two groups increased, and those in the research group were higher than the control group(P <0.05).Conclusion Modified Jianzhong Xingqi Huoxue decoction in the treatment of functional constipation and psychosomatic disease can improve the treatment effect and the quality of life of patients.
