层级式心理护理在前列腺癌去势治疗围术期的应用价值

Application value of hierarchical psychological nursing on perioperative period of androgen deprivation therapy for prostate cancer

目的探究层级式心理护理在前列腺癌去势治疗围术期的应用价值。方法将于我院行去势治疗的前列腺癌患者130例随机分为对照组(60例,一般护理)与研究组(70例,一般护理+层级式心理护理)。比较两组患者护理前、后负性情绪及健康知识的掌握情况。结果护理后,两组患者的HAMA、HAMD评分均显著降低,且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组健康知识掌握优良率明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论前列腺癌去势治疗围术期应用层级式心理护理可改善患者负性情绪及健康知识掌握情况。

Objective To explore the application value of hierarchical psychological nursing on perioperative period of androgen deprivation therapy for prostate cancer. Methods A total of 130 patients with prostate cancer undergoing androgen deprivation therapy in our hospital were randomly divided into control group(60 cases, general nursing) and study group(70 cases, general nursing +hierarchical psychological nursing). The negative emotions before and after nursing and the mastery of health knowledge of the two groups were compared. Results After nursing, the scores of HAMA and HAMD in the two groups decreased significantly, and those in the study group were lower than the control group(P <0.05). The excellent and good rate of mastery of health knowledge in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Hierarchical psychological nursing on perioperative period of androgen deprivation therapy for prostate cancer can improve the negative emotion and the mastery of health knowledge of patients.
