摘要
目的探究危急值报告制度在促进检验科质量管理中的应用效果。方法选取本院2016年1月至2017年2月检验科未实施危急值报告制度时收治的120例患者为对照组,另选择2017年3月至2018年3月检验科实施危急值报告制度时收治的120例患者为观察组。分析各科室危急值报告情况,比较两组医疗事故发生率、药物不良反应发生率、患者满意度、各科室对检验科质量管理评分。结果观察组医疗事故发生率、药物不良反应发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05);实施后患者满意度、各科室对检验科质量管理评分均显著高于实施前(P<0.05)。结论在检验科质量管理中应用危急值报告制度,既可减少医疗事故及不良反应发生率,又可提高患者满意度及各科室对检验科质量管理评分。
Objective To explore the application effect of critical values reporting system in promoting quality management of laboratory department. Methods One hundred and twenty patients admitted in our hospital from January2016 to February 2017 when the critical values reporting system was not implemented in the laboratory department were selected as control group. Another 120 patients admitted in the hospital from March 2017 to March 2018 when the critical values reporting system was implemented in our laboratory department were selected as observation group. The situation of critical values reports in different departments was analyzed;the incidence of medical accidents and adverse drug reactions,satisfaction of patients and quality management scores of each department to laboratory department between the two groups were compared. Results The incidences of medical accidents and adverse drug reactions in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);the satisfaction of patients and the quality management scores of each department to laboratory department before implementation were significantly higher than those after implementation(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of critical values reporting system in quality management of laboratory department can not only reduce the incidence of medical accidents and incidence of adverse drug reactions, but also improve satisfaction of patients and quality management score of laboratory department.
