摘要
目的评价神经介入治疗缺血性脑血管疾病的临床价值。方法选择2017年1月至2018年1月本院收治的缺血性脑血管疾病患者90例,将其随机分为对照组与试验组,各45例。对照组采用常规治疗,试验组采用常规治疗联合神经介入治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果试验组的治疗总有效率、血管再通率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组的C反应蛋白、D-D水平、血管收缩期峰流速、血管舒张末期流速、卒中复发率、死亡率及并发症总发生率均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组神经功能缺损及日常生活能力评分均显著改善,且试验组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论缺血性脑血管疾病应用神经介入治疗既可改善患者的血管再通率和神经功能缺损程度,又能降低卒中复发率、死亡率、并发症发生率,提高患者日常生活能力及临床治疗效果,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To evaluate the clinical value of neurointerventional therapy for ischemic cerebrovascular diseases. Methods Ninety patients with ischemic cerebrovascular diseases admitted in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2018 were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, with 45 cases in each group. The control group was given routine therapy, while the experimental group was given routine therapy combined with neurointerventional therapy. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment and vascular recanalization rate of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group (P<0.05). The levels of C-reactive protein, D-D, peak systolic velocity, end-diastolic velocity, recurrence rate of stroke, mortality and total incidence of complications in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the scores of neurological deficits and activities of daily living in both groups improved significantly, and those in the experimental group were better than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Neurointerventional therapy for ischemic cerebrovascular diseases can not only improve the vascular recanalization rate and neurological deficit of patients, but also reduce the recurrence rate of stroke, mortality and complication rate, and improve the daily living ability of patients and clinical therapeutic effect, which is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
