金嗓散结丸对声带小结患者嗓音的影响

Effect of Jinsang Sanjie pill on the voice in patients with vocal cord nodules

目的分析金嗓散结丸在声带小结患者临床治疗中的效果及对患者嗓音的影响。方法选取2016年1月至2018年8月148例中国戏曲学院接收的声带小结患者作为观察对象,随机将其分为观察组与对照组,各74例。对照组采取常规药物及嗓音训练,观察组则在对照组基础上加入金嗓散结丸治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效及治疗前、后的嗓音声学检查结果。结果观察组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组基频微扰、振幅微扰、噪谐比均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论金嗓散结在声带小结患者中具有较高的临床疗效,同时能够改善患者的嗓音状况,可在基层治疗中推广使用。

Objective To analysis the effect of Jinsang Sanjie pill on the voice in the treatment of patients with vocal cord nodules and its influence on voice. Methods A total of 148 cases in national academy of Chinese theatre arts from January 2016 to August 2018 were selected as observation objects and randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 74 cases in each group. The control group was taken conventional medications and voice training, and the observation group was given Jinsang Sanjie pill on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy and the voice acoustic examination results before and after treatment in the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was obviously higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the Jitter, Shimmer and harmonic to noise ratio in the two groups decreased, and those in the observation group were lower than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The Jinsang Sanjie pill on the voice in the treatment of patients with vocal cord nodules has high clinical curative effect, it can improve the patient's voice and can be promote and apply in primary treatment.
