健康教育在老年冠心病患者疾病控制和预防保健中的应用效果

Application effect of health education in disease control and preventive health care for elderly patients with coronary heart disease

目的探讨健康教育在老年冠心病患者疾病控制和预防保健中的应用效果。方法将我院收治的132例老年冠心病患者随机分为对照组(66例,常规护理)和观察组(66例,常规护理+健康教育)。比较两组的护理效果。结果护理后,两组TG、TC及HDL-C水平均改善,SAS、SDS评分均降低,CQOLI-74评分均升高,且观察组均优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组服药依从性高于对照组,复发率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论健康教育在老年冠心病患者疾病控制和预防保健中的应用效果显著,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the application effect of health education on disease control and preventive health care for elderly patients with coronary heart disease. Methods A total of 132 elderly patients with coronary heart disease in our hospital were randomly divided into control group (66 cases, routine nursing) and observation group (66 cases, routine nursing+health education). The nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results After nursing, the levels of TG, TC and HDL-C in both groups improved, SAS and SDS scores reduced, CQOLI-74 scores increased, and those in the observation group were better than the control group (P<0.05). The medication compliance of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the recurrence rate was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The application effect health education on disease control and preventive health care in elderly patients with coronary heart disease is significant, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
