行为干预对雾化吸入治疗学龄期儿童喘息效果的影响

摘要 目的探讨学龄期喘息儿童在雾化吸入治疗中采用行为干预的效果。方法选取本院2015年5月至2018年5月收治的120例喘息患儿为研究对象,随机分为观察组(行为干预)与对照组(常规干预),每组60例。对比两组的护理效果。结果观察组护理总有效率及总依从率均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后,观察组心率、呼吸频率显著低于对照组与护理前,血氧饱和度高于对照组与护理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后,观察组FVC、FEV_1、PaO_2水平显著高于对照组与护理前,PaCO_2、ERO_2、VO_(2MAX)水平显著低于对照组与护理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理后临床各症状消失时间以及住院时间均显著短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对接受雾化吸入治疗的学龄期喘息患儿采用行为干预,可促进快速康复,应大力推广。 Objective To explore the effect of behavioral intervention during atomization inhalation in treatment of school-age child with wheezing. Methods A total of 120 children with wheezing admitted in our hospital from May 2015 to May 2018 were selected as research objects and randomly divided into observation group (behavioral intervention) and control group (routine intervention), with 60 cases in each group. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate and total compliance rate of nursing in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). After nursing, heart rate and respiratory rate in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group and before nursing, and degree of blood oxygen saturation was higher than that in the control group and before nursing, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). After nursing, the levels of FVC, FEV1 and PaO2 in observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group and before nursing, and the levels of PaCO2, ERO2 and VO2MAX were significantly lower than those in the control group and before nursing, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The disappearance time of clinical symptoms and hospitalization time after nursing in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Behavioral intervention for school-age child with wheezing and receiving atomizetion inhalation therapy can promote rapid recovery and should be vigorously promoted.
