摘要
针对我国黄土地区的冲沟管道抢修实际,通过组合式创新,研发出一套移动式、可重复使用的、高效率的黄土冲沟管道补漏应急抢修设备载运成套装置。通过建立黄土承载土力学模型、桁架结构力学模型,确定系统动力学模型,分析系统动力特性,完成整个系统工艺和结构设计,并完成桁架上导轨与牵拉系统及桁架上设置视频监控系统设计,实现了各模块的顺利组合构成,完成了冲沟应急抢修设备下沟问题的整体施工成套装置。
In view of the reality of emergency repair of gully pipelines in loess region of China, a set of mobile, reusable and efficient emergency repair equipment for gully pipelines in loess region has been developed through combined innovation. Through the establishment of loess bearing soil mechanics model and truss structure mechanics model, the system dynamics model is determined, the dynamic characteristics of the system are analyzed, the whole system process and structure design are completed, and the video monitoring system is designed for the guide rail and traction system on the truss, which has realized the smooth combination of each module. It has become a complete set of construction equipment for the gully emergency repair equipment.
