摘要
GB/T 8628—2013中规定的筒状针织物选样方式会对尺寸变化检测结果产生一定影响,为研究此问题,文章通过选用不同规格针织面料的单、双层试样进行尺寸变化试验,并对试验结果进行分析对比,发现同一面料单、双层试样的尺寸变化一致性比较高,取样方式对结果的影响性不大,吸湿性大或单位面积质量小的面料尺寸变化率偏差较大。
Sampling method of tubular knitted fabrics in GB/T 8628-2013 might affect the test result of dimensional change. To study this problem, this paper tested dimensional changes of single and double layer samples of different knitted fabrics, analyzed and contrasted the results. The results showed that dimensional changes of single and double layer samples of the same knitted fabric had higher consistency, sampling method had little influence on results, dimensional change deviations of high hygroscopicity or light mass per unit area samples had large influence.
