Modular Design of Network Customization Men′s Suits Production Line

网络服装定制作为一种新型的服装定制方法,目前已成为国内外服装行业的一个研究重点。文章以男西服为例,将其生产流程分为前身模块、后身+挂面模块、领子+袖子模块、组合模块、整烫包装模块五大模块,并依托GST工艺分析系统,结合网络定制的多品种、小批量甚至单件的特点,以生产节拍为依据,设计了快速反应生产流水线,同时对生产流水线的平衡性进行了分析。

Network customization is a new garment customization method, it has became a research emphasis in clothing industry. This article took men's suits for an example, divided its manufacturing process into five modules: front body module, back body and clothing wall module, collar and sleeve module, combination module, ironing and packing module. The rapid reaction production line was designed which relied on GST process analysis system, combined the network customization characteristics of multi-variety, small batch even single piece and based on production takt. The balance of production line was also analyzed.
