融入“双一流”建设的高校图书馆智慧型学科服务平台构建

Construction of Intelligent Subject Service Platform of University Library Integrating“Double-first-class”Construction

[目的/意义]利用人工智能技术融入图书馆相关领域建设一个精准化、个性化、智能化及一站式的智慧型学科服务环境,进而推动图书馆学科服务创新,为高校一流学科建设提供发展服务与决策支持。[方法/过程]基于"双一流"政策背景,采用实证调查法对42所"双一流"高校的图书馆学科服务概况进行分析,总结了高校图书馆学科服务发展现状及当前存在的问题,提出了服务于一流学科建设的高校图书馆智慧型学科服务平台的构建原则与总体架构。在平台的功能设计方面,服务平台分为基于大数据的用户需求精准识别、基于人工智能的个性化定制服务、基于融媒体的学科研讨空间以及基于知识细粒度的学科资源聚合4个层面。[结果/结论]在分析"双一流"建设为高校图书馆学科服务赋予新的使命的基础上,为用户群体提供全面且精准的学科服务构建落地平台,切实推动高校图书馆学科服务以"双一流"战略为重要契机实现内涵式发展。

[Purpose/Significance]Integrating artificial intelligence technology into relevant fields of libraries,we can build a precise,individualized,intelligent and one-stop intelligent subject service environment,thus promoting the innovation of library subject service and providing development services and decision support for the construction of first-class disciplines in Colleges and universities.[Method/Process]Based on the background of“double first-class”policy,this paper used empirical investigation method to analyze the general situation of Library Subject Service in 42“double first-class”universities,summarized the current development situation and existing problems of university library subject service,and put forward the construction principles and overall framework of University Library Intelligent subject service platform serving the construction of first-class subjects.In terms of platform function design,service platform was divided into four levels:accurate identification of user needs based on large data,personalized customization service based on artificial intelligence,subject discussion space based on financial media and subject resource aggregation based on fine-grained knowledge.[Result/Conclusion]Based on the analysis of the new mission entrusted by the construction of“double-first-class”to the subject service of University libraries,we should provide comprehensive and precise subject service to the user groups and build a platform to effectively promote the connotative development of the subject service of university libraries by taking the“double-first-class”strategy as an important opportunity.
