摘要
针对自来水厂现有设备过于简陋,陈旧而难以提供高质量的自来水,文中基于ARM处理器开发了自来水厂自动控制系统。其采用ARM处理器作为控制平台,不仅降低了系统的功耗,还降低了开发人员的编码难度。系统根据自来水生产工艺分为加药控制、加氯控制以及变频功供水三部分,并通过工业Ethernet网以及Arm总线实现站点与中控室以及站点与站点之间的数据交互。经过试验测试,该系统能够满足设计要求,且运行稳定性高。
In view of the fact that the existing equipment of the waterworks is too simple and old and difficult to provide high quality tap water,this paper develops the automatic control system of the water plant based on the ARM processor. The ARM processor is used as the control platform,which not only reduces the power consumption of the system,but also reduces the power consumption of the system. The coding difficulty of the developer. According to the tap water production process,the system is divided into three parts: dosing control,chlorination control and variable frequency power supply. The data exchange between the site and the central control room and between the site and the site is realized through the industrial Ethernet network and the Arm bus. After testing and testing,the system can meet the design requirements and has high operational stability.
