"Respect Public Authority and Restrain Private Affairs":On Inner-party Political Culture Construction in the New Age

从"为公"的角度阐述了新时代党内政治文化的价值内涵,认为它体现了马克思主义政党的鲜明气质,崇尚和发展"为公"的党内政治文化对于营造风清气正的政治生态大有裨益;其次,剖析了当前以利己主义为核心的"为私"文化的种种表现,认为它严重败坏了党风政风;再次,提出了在新形势下要推进以"崇公抑私"为价值理念的党内政治文化建设的三个重要举措,即发挥政治教育的引导作用、党纪国法的规范约束作用和领导干部的率先垂范作用。

This paper firstly expounds the value connotation of inner-party political culture in the new age from the perspective of "public service",and holds that it reflects the distinctive temperament of the Marxist party,and that advocating and developing the inner-party political culture of "public service"is of great benefit to purify the political ecology.Secondly,it enumerates all kinds of manifestations of the current "for private" culture with egoism as the core,which seriously degrades party conduct and government conduct.Thirdly,it puts forward three important measures to promote the construction of inner-party political culture with the value of "respecting the public and restraining the private" in the new situation,that is,to play the guiding role of political education,to play the normative and binding role of party discipline and national law,and to lead the leading cadres to be exemplary.
