广西综合医院新生儿病房分级建设和能力建设现状调查

Study on Classification and Capacity Construction of Neonatal Ward in Guangxi Comprehensive Hospitals

目的了解广西综合医院新生儿病房分级建设的现状和能力建设需求。方法采用问卷调查法对广西14个地级市二级以上医疗机构、区直医疗机构和高等医学院校附属医院的综合医院新生儿病房分级建设情况和能力建设需求进行现状调查。结果 (1)广西综合医院新生儿病房基本建设情况:三甲综合医院承担的新生儿病房服务量较大。(2)人力资源配置方面:三级综合医院医生硕士以上学位构成比偏低较为突出。(3)急救仪器设备方面:急救仪器设备配置基本完善,但T-组合复苏器、除颤仪配置率较低。(4)业务开展方面:广西部分综合医院业务开展已达到较高的水平,但是新生儿病房整体业务开展水平还较低。(5)广西综合医院新生儿病房能力建设需求方面较高的分别为:增加培训机会,开展新业务、技术,培养专科护士。结论广西综合医院新生儿病房分级建设已经取得一定成绩,但存在不同差距,需加强对广西综合医院新生儿病房分级建设和规范管理。

Objective In order to get a better known about the grading construction of neonatal wards and the demand for capacity construction of in Guangxi comprehensive hospitals.Methods Questionnaire method was used to investigate and study the status of the construction of neonatal wards and capacity construction needs in 14 prefectures and higher medical institutions,the affiliated hospitals of higher medical colleges and universities.Results(1)The basic construction of neonatal wards in Guangxi comprehensive hospitals is that the neonatal wards undertaken by tertiary grade A comprehensive hospitals have a large amount of services.(2)Construction of human resource allocation is that the proportion of doctors with master's degree or above in tertiary comprehensive hospitals is relatively low and prominent.(3)Construction of emergency instrument and equipment is that T-combined resuscitation device and defibrillator have low allocation rate.(4)Construction of business development is that some comprehensive hospitals in Guangxi have reached a high level of business development,but the overall business development level of neonatal wards is still low.(5)The higher demand for capacity building of neonatal wards in Guangxi comprehensive hospitals is as follows:to increase training opportunities,develop new businesses and technologies,and train specialized nurses.Conclusion Although some achievements have been made in the grading construction of neonatal wards in Guangxi comprehensive hospitals,there are still different gaps.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the grading construction and standardized management of neonatal wards in Guangxi comprehensive hospitals.
