黑龙江省中医护理管理评价指标体系构建研究

Construction of Evaluation Index System of Chinese Medicine Nursing Management in Heilongjiang Province

目的构建黑龙江省中医护理管理指标评价体系,提供中医护理管理建设参考依据。方法运用文献资料法、专家访谈法结合"McClelland"的"冰山模型"理论,形成黑龙江省中医护理管理评价指标体系初始条目池,遴选专家39名,经两轮专家函询后,根据前期专家函询的权重结果,并结合优序图法确定各级指标的权重系数,最终形成黑龙江省中医护理管理评价指标体系。结果建立了一级指标8个、二级指标15个、三级指标34个的黑龙江省中医护理管理评价指标体系。结论指标评价体系具有实用性、可靠性及科学性,能为黑龙江省中医医院护理管理提供参考依据,推进我国中医护理管理事业可持续发展。

Objective To construct the evaluation system of Chinese medicine nursing management indicators in Heilongjiang Province to provide reference for the construction of Chinese medicine nursing management.Methods Using the literature data method and expert interview method combined with the"iceberg model"theory of"McClelland",the initial entry pool of the evaluation index system of traditional Chinese medicine nursing management in Heilongjiang Province was formed,and 39 experts were selected.After two rounds of experts'inquiries,according to the preliminary expert letter of the weighted results of the inquiry,and combined with the priority map method to determine the weight coefficient of each level of indicators,the evaluation index system of traditional Chinese medicine nursing management in Heilongjiang Province was formed.Results The evaluation index system of traditional Chinese medicine nursing manage-ment in Heilongjiang Province was established with 8 first-level indicators,15 second-level indicators and 34 third-level indicators.Conclusion This index evaluation system is practical,reliable and scientific.It can provide reference for the management of Heilongjiang Provincial Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital and promote the sustainable development of Chinese traditional medicine nursing management.
