Pain Assessment Methods in Clinical Trial and Animal Experiment of Acupuncture Analgesia

疼痛是一种复杂的主观感受,采取适当的方法客观评估疼痛对于疼痛的管理非常重要。针灸对疼痛具有良好的治疗效果,近年来关于针灸镇痛的临床试验和动物实验日益增多,本研究总结近10年针灸镇痛临床试验与动物实验研究中采取的主客观疼痛评价方法等,为采用科学的评价方法定量疼痛、观察针灸对痛反应的影响提供参考。

Pain is a kind of complicated feeling,it is very important to take appropriate methods to evaluate the pain.Acupuncture has a good analgesic effect.In recent years,clinical trials and animal experiments on acupuncture analgesia have been increasing.This study summarized the application of pain assessment methods in the practice and experimental study of acupuncture analgesia in the past 10 years,in order to provide a scientific basis for the evaluation of the effects of acupuncture on pain response.
