以乡村群为单元的北京山区小城镇规划建设研究

Study on Planning and Construction of Small Towns in Beijing Mountainous Areas Based on Rural Groups

北京市山区小城镇面临着经济基础薄弱、镇村发展失衡和环境条件约束等挑战,但旅游产业的提质发展趋势、制度改革释放的乡村红利及其突出的生态价值优势为其发展带来了新的机遇。本文借鉴广州市山区小城镇以乡村群为单元的规划建设方式,分析乡村群发展的需求和优势,从资源类型的角度分类梳理北京市山区乡村群的发展特征,以此为基础提出进一步发展的建议。

The small towns in the mountainous areas of Beijing face the challenges such as the weak economic foundation,the unbalanced development of the towns and the villages,and the constraints on the environmental conditions.However,the development trend of improving the quality of the tourism industry,the rural bonus released by the institutional reform and its outstanding ecological value advantages have brought new opportunities for the development of the small towns.This article draws on the planning and construction methods of the small towns in the mountainous areas of Guangzhou based on rural groups,and analyzes the needs and advantages of the development of the rural group.From the perspective of resource types,this article will sort out the development characteristics of the mountainous rural groups in Beijing,and will propose the suggestions for the further development based on this.
