刨花板产品轻量化生产技术初探

摘要 在刨花板产品物理力学性能基本保持不变的前提下,降低产品密度是缓解木材资源短缺,减少包装和运输成本,提高部分低密度木材高附加值利用率的良好途径。依据科研技术人员的试验成果和企业生产实践,总结了几种主要的刨花板产品轻量化生产技术,供人造板行业从业人员参考。 Under the condition that the physical and mechanical properties of particleboard products remain basically unchanged,reducing the density of particleboard products is a good way to alleviate the shortage of wood resources,reduce package and transportation costs and improve the high added value of some low-density wood.Based on the test results of scientific research technicians and production practices,this paper summarized several main lightweight production technologies for particleboard products for reference in the wood-based panel industry.
