摘要 轴承座是砂光机械中最关键的零部件之一,其加工质量直接关系到砂光机械的系统温度及使用寿命两项关键指标,同时也是整机装配调试部分的关键基准。轴承座的加工难度大、加工质量要求高,必须采用进口数控卧式加工中心加工才能满足要求。该零件是典型的孔系、斜面加工零件,要充分发挥机床优势、符合数控加工工艺,必须进行工艺和工装设计、坐标系转换等工艺及操作的改进。结合多年加工经验,详细分析了轴承座的工艺难点,提出了改进加工方案,并详述了加工操作要点。 Bearing housing is one of the most critical components in sanding machinery.The processing quality is directly related to the two key indicators of sanding machinery,i.e.system temperature and service life.It is also the key benchmark for the assembly and debugging of the whole machine.The bearing housing involved great machining difficulty and high machining quality,so only an imported CNC horizontal machining center can meet the requirements.The component is a typical hole system and beveled machining part.To fully utilize the advantages of the lathe and conform to the CNC machining process,it is necessary to carry out process and operation improvement such as process and tooling design and coordinate system conversion.Coupled with years of machining experience,the paper analyzes the technical difficulties of bearing housing machining and the improved machining plan in detail,and details the key machining operation points.
