血浆血管内皮生长因子A水平与海南黎、汉族慢性阻塞性肺疾病人群的相关性

Correlation between vascularendothelialgrowthfactor-A in plasma and Han and Li patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

目的:通过比较不同因素下海南黎、汉族慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者血浆中血管内皮生长因子A(VEGFA)水平,分析两族人群COPD与VEGFA的关系及不同危险因素下VEGFA与COPD之间的相关性。方法:2014年7月～2015年3月在海南选取249例COPD患者(黎族109例,汉族140例),分别测定血浆VEGFA蛋白水平,分析种族、性别、是否吸烟等因素对血浆VEGFA表达的影响,以及海南黎族和汉族人群血浆VEGFA表达水平与COPD的相关性。结果:黎族COPD患者血浆中VEGFA蛋白表达水平比汉族低(P<0.05);引起黎族患者血浆VEGFA表达水平升高的原因包括呼吸系统感染、COPD急性发作期;导致汉族患者血浆VEGFA表达水平升高的原因则包括COPD、吸烟及被动吸烟、频发呼吸系统感染、呼吸系统疾病家族史、频繁诱发咳嗽、短期呼吸道感染和COPD急性加重期。COPD急性加重期患者血浆VEGFA水平高于稳定期。结论:COPD患者血中VEGFA表达水平较对照组升高,并且在黎族和汉族中存在差异,VEGFA升高的原因在两族人群中不同,但均与COPD疾病分期密切相关。

Objective:To compare level of vascularendothelialgrowthfactor-A(VEGFA)in plasma in Hai and Li patients with COPD under different conditions,and to analyze correlation between VEGFA and COPD and the correlation with different risk factors.Methods:A total of 249 patients with COPD were selected from Hainan Province during July 2014 to May 2015(Li nationality 109,Han nationality(140).VEGFA level was determined,risk factors of increased VEGFA was analyzed and correlation between nationality and VEGFA was also explored.Results:VEGFS level in Li patients was significantly lower than that of Han nationality(P<0.05).Respiratory system infection,COPD acute attack were risk factors of increased VEGFA of Li patients;while COPD,smoking,passive smoking,frequent respiratory system infection,family history of respiratory system diseases,frequent induced cough,short-term respiratory infection and acute exacerbation of COPD.The VEGFA level was higher during acute exacerbation of COPD.Conclusions:VEGFA level is increased in COPD patients,and shows difference between Li and Han nationality.The cause is also different for different nationality,and the increase is closely correlated with staging of COPD.
