摘要
当前日益严峻的国际反海盗局势以及海军远海训练护航,迫切需要通过卫星平台侦收船舶的船舶自动识别系统(Automatic Identification System,AIS)信号来建立全球海域的船舶运行态势信息。通过分析船舶AIS信号特征和星上接收AIS信号的可行性,提出了一种星载双通道AIS接收机的实现方案。采用AIS训练序列模板相关匹配技术和瞬时测频实时纠偏技术,很好地解决了星上信号接收同步和多普勒频偏误判的问题。与传统方案相比,具有对卫星平台要求低、体积小和功耗低等优点。通过仿真分析和地面有线测试表明,基于该设计的星载AIS接收机很好地实现了对卫星覆盖区域内AIS信号的接收和解析。
The current increasingly serious situation of international anti-piracy and the navy 's far-sea escort training,urgently needs reconnoitering AIS signals to establish situation of ships in the global sea area using satellite.By analyzing the characteristics of ship 's AIS signal and the feasibility of receiving AIS signal on satellite,this paper proposes a scheme of dual-channel spaceborne AIS receiver.Adopting the standard template matching technology of AIS training sequence and the real-time correcting technology of instantaneous frequency measurement,it solves the problem of receiving synchronization of AIS signal and correction of Doppler frequency shift on the satellite.Compared with the traditional scheme,this scheme has the advantages of low requirement for satellite platform,small size and low power consumption.The result of simulation analysis and ground wire-testing shows that the spaceborne AIS receiver based on this scheme can provide good receiving and analyzing performance for AIS signal in the satellite coverage area.
