摘要
架空输电线路电气施工包括杆塔地面拼接、分段吊装、整体组立、架线施工等关键环节。在施工过程中,不仅需要使用起重机、牵引机、张力机等机械设备,还需要相关作业人员配合,涉及人机协同作业;杆塔上需要布置登塔作业人员,涉及地面人员与地面机械配合、高空作业人员与地面作业人员配合、高空作业人员与地面机械配合作业的问题,由于其间交互存在一定困难,并且同时出现垂直交叉作业,存在较高施工风险。将架空输电线路电气施工的流程进行梳理评估,针对各施工阶段存在的危险点,制定相应的安全施工作业方案,可有效降低施工作业风险,切实提高现场安全管控水平。
The electric construction of overhead transmission line includes key links such as tower ground assembly,piece-wise hoisting,integral erection and stringing construction.During the construction process,it is not only necessary to use mechanical equipment such as cranes,tractors and tension machines,but also to have the cooperation between relevant operators ,involving human-machine cooperation.It is necessary to arrange the tower-climbing operators,which involves the cooperation between the ground personnel and the ground machine,the cooperation between the high-altitude operators and the ground operators and the coordination between the high-altitude operators and the ground machine.Because it is difficult to interact with each other,and vertical cross operation occurs at the same time,there is a high construction risk.The electric construction process of overhead transmission line is sorted and evaluated,and the corresponding safety construction schemes are formulated for the dangerous points existing in each construction stage,which can effectively reduce the risk of construction operations and effectively improve the level of on-site safety management and control.
