Problem Analysis and Countermeasure Exploration of Black Smoke from HYSY 162 Platform Torch

海洋石油平台HYSY162投用之后,其放空火炬常有冒黑烟现象,带来了安全环保隐患。为治理黑烟,从工艺流程、天然气组分、燃烧机理、火炬设计等方面入手,剖析了冒黑烟的根本原因,进而结合平台自身现状提出了一系列解决对策并落实整改,收到了良好的治理效果。

After the commissioning of the HYSY 162,black smoke is often found when the torch of the platform burns,which brings hidden dangers of safety and environmental protection.In order to control black smoke,the root cause of black smoke is analyzed from the aspects of process flow,natural gas composition,combustion mechanism and torch design.A series of solutions based on the current situation of the platform itself are proposed.After the implementation of the rectifica-tion,good results were achieved.
