摘要
海上平台电站安装自动甩负荷系统可以实现单台发电机组故障时卸载相应负荷,从而保证其余发电机组的稳定运行。某平台由于负荷减少拆除一台发电机后,出现4次发电机故障关断,其中3次自动甩负荷失效而导致平台失电。通过对断路器分闸控制回路及自动甩负荷系统排查分析,发现问题在于发电机组出现故障时发电机断路器存在延时分闸的现象,平台负荷不能及时卸载造成剩余发电机组过载停机;经过论证分析,制定改造方案,解决了延时分闸的问题,使自动甩负荷系统能够在发电机组故障时及时甩负荷卸载,保证了平台电网的稳定。
Installation of an automatic load rejection system on offshore platform power station can unload the corresponding load when a single generator unit fails,thus ensuring the stable operation of the remaining generators.After removing one generator from a platform due to load reduction,four generator failures occurred,among which three automatic load rejection failures resulted in power loss of the platform.Through the investigation and analysis of the breaker opening control circuit and the automatic load rejection system,it is found that the problem lies in the phenomenon of delayed opening of the generator breaker when the generator unit fails.The platform load cannot be unloaded in time,causing the remaining generator units to be overloaded and shut down.After demonstration and analysis,the reform scheme is formulated,which solves the problem of delayed opening,enables the automatic load rejection system to be unloaded in time when the generator fails,and ensures the stability of the platform power grid.
