摘要
埋地管道的腐蚀防护工程对处于长期不间断运行状态的多段线长距离管道至关重要,以外加电流阴极保护(ICCP,Impressed Current Cathodic Protection)为主的腐蚀防护方案在埋地管道工程中的应用广泛,能有效抑制金属构件在土壤中的腐蚀削弱。针对ICCP在埋地管道工程中的应用进行理论分析,主要涉及金属腐蚀原理及管道防腐蚀基本方法、腐蚀检测过程分析、管道锈蚀后的再保护、外加电流法在管道工程中的应用以及局限性分析、保障管道防护工程安全性和完整性的针对措施,并对ICCP的管道工程应用要点进行了归纳总结。
The corrosion protection engineering of buried pipelines is vital for long-distance pipelines with long-term uninterrupted operation.The corrosion protection scheme based on the impressed current cathodic protection (ICCP)has been widely used in buried pipeline engineering.It effectively inhibits the corrosion weakening of metal components in the soil.The applications of ICCP in buried pipeline engineering are analyzed theoretically,including metal corrosion principle and basic method of pipeline anti-corrosion,corrosion detection process analysis,re-protection after pipeline corrosion and application of impressed current method in pipeline engineering,limitation analysis and measures to ensure the safety and integrity of pipeline protection engineering.The main application points of ICCP in buried pipeline engineering are summarized in brief.
