体育博物馆承载了"体育"与"博物馆"的双重属性,支撑体育遗产保护与体育文化传承,助力体育文化普及与体育文史研究,增强体育文化自信与体育文化交流。体育博物馆是支撑体育遗产保护与体育文化传承的贮藏宝库,是助力体育文化普及与体育文史研究的源头活水,也是增强体育文化自信与体育文化交流的联系纽带。但体育博物馆在构建人类命运共同体的进程中面临着新要求。改革开放40年来,我国体育博物馆经历了艰难探索,呈现出多元联动、赛事融合、联通中外、多维拓展的新动态,充分彰显出在体育文化传承与发展中的作用与潜力。新时代背景下,我国体育博物馆应坚持创新、协调、开放、共享的发展理念,为传承发展体育文化和构建人类命运共同体提供助力。

Sports museum has the dual attributes of "Sports" and "Museum". Sports museum can support the protection of sports heritage and the inheritance of sports culture, can promote the popularization of sports culture and the study of sports culture and history, and can enhance the self-confidence of sports culture and the exchange of sports culture. It provides a treasure house, the fresh source and a bridge for the inheritance and development of sports culture. The sports museum is faced with new requirements in the process of building a community with a shared future for mankind. After more than 40 years of reforming and opening up,Chinese sports museum has experienced a difficult exploration and showed a series of new trends, such as, multi-linkage, fusion of events, connecting the Chinese and foreign countries, multi-dimensional expansion. The role and potential of Chinese sports museum in the inheritance and development of sports culture have been gradually revealed. In the new era, Chinese sports museum should insist the ideas of innovation, coordination, openness and sharing and provide help for the inheritance and development of sports culture and the construction of a community with a shared future for mankind.
