摘要 为探讨加热不燃烧卷烟气溶胶主要成分的转移行为,研究了不同加热不燃烧卷烟烟草材料、气溶胶及滤嘴中1,2-丙二醇、丙三醇、烟碱及部分香味成分的质量及转移情况。结果表明:①不同加热不燃烧卷烟中1,2-丙二醇、丙三醇、烟碱和香味成分转移率的差异较大,转移率范围分别为7.7%~50.0%、2.9%~16.1%、10.6%~34.3%和1.5%~1 290.0%,该差异主要与其释放效率和滤嘴截留率有关;②1,2-丙二醇从烟草材料释放出的效率较高(56.7%~89.2%),丙三醇的释放效率较低(6.9%~40.7%),烟碱的释放效率介于1,2-丙二醇和丙三醇之间(37.1%~82.5%),且随加热功率升高,1,2-丙二醇、丙三醇和烟碱的释放效率逐渐提高;③香味成分释放效率的范围为13.2%~5 403.6%,可能与加热抽吸过程中其他物质的转化有关;④滤嘴对1,2-丙二醇、丙三醇、烟碱和香味成分的截留作用较强,截留率范围为35.0%~98.6%,可能与滤嘴的结构、材质和长度有关;⑤改变加热不燃烧卷烟的加热方式、烟草材料特性、滤嘴类型和结构可有效调控加热不燃烧卷烟中1,2-丙二醇、丙三醇、烟碱和香味成分向气溶胶中的转移。 In order to investigate the transfer of main aerosol components in heat-not-burn tobacco products, the contents of 1,2-propylene glycol, glycerol, nicotine and selected aroma components in tobacco, aerosol and filter were analyzed. The results showed that: 1) The transfer rates of 1,2-propylene glycol, glycerol, nicotine and aroma components in heat-not-burn products were 7.7%-50.0%, 2.9%-16.1%, 10.6%-34.3% and 1.5%- 1 290.0%, respectively. The transfer rates of these components differed greatly among the different products tested, depending on their release efficiencies and filter filtration efficiencies. 2) The release efficiencies of 1,2-propylene glycol, glycerol and nicotine from tobacco materials were 56.7%-89.2%, 6.9%-40.7% and 37.1%-82.5%, respectively. The release raised gradually with the increase of heating power. 3) The release efficiencies of aroma components varied from 13.2% to 5 403.6%, which might be related to the transformation and production of the other components during heating. 4) The filter filtration efficiencies for 1,2-propylene glycol, glycerol, nicotine and aroma components ranged from 35.0% to 98.6%, which might be related to the structure, material and length of the filters. 5) By changing the heating methods, the physical and chemical properties of tobacco material and the type and structure of the filters, the transfer of 1,2-propylene glycol, glycerol, nicotine and aroma components from the heat-not-burn products to aerosol could be effectively regulated.
