作为新闻媒体"把关人"即决策者,在选题策划中起着至关重要的作用。作为中共湖北省委机关报的湖北日报,以习近平新闻思想为引领,在2013年实施"江汉潮·荆楚风·中国梦"系列调研报道决策中,自觉践行胸怀大局、把握大势、着眼大事、服务大众的"四大意识",使系列报道既服从和服务于"中国梦"的主题宣传,顺应了湖北省"一元多层次"的战略布局,又回应了湖北各地民众普遍关心的重大问题,突出了人民群众的主体地位,是新闻媒体自觉践行马克思主义新闻观"三贴近"原则的一次生动实践。

In news media,"gatekeepers", namely decision makers, play a vital role in topic selection. As an official newspaper of the CPC Hubei Provincial Committee, Hubei Daily is guided by Xi Jinping's news thoughts;in the implementation of "Jianghanchao·Jingchufeng·China Dream" series research reports in 2013, it consciously practiced the "four consciousnesses" of paying attention to the interests of the whole, grasping the general trend, focusing on major issues, and serving the public, and made the series reports not only obey and serve the theme promotion of "Chinese Dreams", but also conform to the strategic layout of "unitary and multiple levels" in Hubei Province;it was is vivid practice of responding to the major issues of common concern among people all over Hubei, highlighting the subjective status of the people, and consciously practicing the "three closeness" principle of Marxist journalism.
