高校理工科学生创新创业教育培养模式刍议

新形势下,社会对高校毕业生的要求有新的变化,党和国家高度重视大学生创新创业教育。高校是培养具有创新精神和实践能力且掌握了过硬本领的人才基地,是建设创新型国家的生力军。当代大学生创新创业教育工作的开展,是高等教育为了满足新时代社会需要,满足国内外日趋激烈的人才竞争的需要。针对理工科大学本科生创新创业教育工作中的问题,讨论高校需要进一步转变观念、改革实践教学体系、不断提高教学质量、加快把创新创业教育当作主流教育的一部分,思考建设独立的专业和教育体系、构建相关成熟的理论和学术领域的迫切性,浅议如何发挥学科优势创新大学理工科本科生创新创业人才培养模式,以期帮助毕业生提升就业竞争力。

Under the new situation, there are new changes in the requirements of the society for college graduates. The Party and the state attach great importance to the innovation and entrepreneurship education of College students. Colleges and universities are the base of cultivating talents with innovative spirit and practical ability and mastering excellent skills. They are the main force in building an innovative country. The development of innovation and entrepreneurship education for contemporary college students is the need of higher education to meet the social needs of the new era and the increasingly fierce talent competition at home and abroad. In view of the problems in the work of innovation and entrepreneurship education for undergraduates in Universities of science and engineering, this paper discusses the need for universities to further change their concepts, reform the practical teaching system, continuously improve the teaching quality, accelerate the development of innovation and entrepreneurship education as a part of the mainstream education, think about the urgency of building an independent professional and educational system and building relevant mature theoretical and academic fields, and discuss how to develop it. Bringing the discipline advantages into full play and innovating the training mode of innovative entrepreneurship talents for undergraduates of science and Engineering in universities, in order to help graduates enhance their employment competitiveness.
