高校党建工作是高校党组织为培养社会需要的合格建设者和可靠接班人而开展的工作,而毕业生就业工作是高职院校生存和发展的生命线,充分体现高职院校人才培养的质量。通过对新时代高职院校毕业生党建与就业工作机制创新进行分析和研究,厘清毕业生党建和就业工作两者内在关系,进一步推动毕业生党建和就业工作的协同发展。

The work of Party building in colleges and universities is the work carried out by the Party organizations in colleges and universities to train qualified builders and reliable successors needed by the society, and the employment of graduates is the lifeline for the survival and development of higher vocational colleges fully reflect the quality of personnel training in higher vocational colleges. Through the analysis and research on the mechanism innovation of the Party construction and employment work for the graduates of higher vocational colleges in the new era, this paper clarifies the inner relationship between the Party construction and employment work for the graduates, and further promotes the coordinated development of the Party construction and employment work for the graduates.
