“双创”模式下石化类专业实践教学体系研究

Research on the Practical Teaching System of Petrochemical Majors under the Mode of Innovation and Entrepreneurship

以湖南石油化工职业技术学院为例,在创新创业模式下,通过制定人才培养目标、组织实践教学活动和建立配套的环境资源3种措施构建石化类专业实践教学体系。人才培养目标是实践教学体系的核心前提,实践教学活动为主体内容,相应的环境资源为支持条件。该体系的实施不但增强了学生的实践动手能力,还促进了学生创新创业能力的培养,为培养适应社会需求的双创型人才迈出坚实的一步。

Taking Hunan Petrochemical Vocational and Technical College as an example, under the mode of innovation and entrepreneurship, the practice teaching system of petrochemical specialty was constructed through three measures: formulating talent training objectives, organizing practice teaching activities and establishing matching environmental resources. The goal of personnel training is the core premise of the practical teaching system. The practical teaching activities are the main content and the corresponding environmental resources are the supporting conditions. The implementation of the system not only enhances the students’ practical ability, but also promotes the cultivation of students’ innovative and entrepreneurial ability, and makes a solid step for training the dual creative talents to meet the needs of the society.
