摘要
中小企业已经成为我国经济持续性发展的动力源泉。然而,现阶段中小企业在企业人力资源建设方面的投入相对较少,这就导致其在人力资源管理方面存在较大的缺陷,尤其在人才招聘方面,更是和大中型企业有着较大的差距。首先对中小企业的相关概念进行界定,然后通过运用SWOT分析法,研究和分析当前中小企业人才招聘中存在的问题,并提出针对性的建议。
In recent years, China’s economy has developed rapidly. This is a huge contribution to the rapid development of small and medium-sized enterprises. SMEs have become an important part of economic development and have gradually become the driving force for the sustainable development of China’s economy. However, at this stage, SMEs have relatively little investment in enterprise human resources construction, which leads to SMEs’ major defects in human resource management, especially in terms of talent recruitment, and it is also larger with large and medium-sized enterprises. gap. This paper first defines the relevant concepts of SMEs, and then uses SWOT analysis to study and analyze the problems existing in the current SME talent recruitment, and put forward targeted recommendations.
