摘要
利用ANSYS Workbench对原双联齿轮内部滑动轴承的形变进行仿真,对原滑动轴承尺寸进行校核,选取合适尺寸与公差,对滑动轴承在装配后的变形情况进行分析计算,并对分析结果进行研究,确定了装配前的滑动轴承的尺寸与公差。使得装配后不再需要对双联齿轮滑动轴承内孔进行二次加工,保留了原滑动轴承内表面的加工精度。为解决同样变形大的滑动轴承过盈配合问题提供了重要的参考价值。
This paper uses ANSYS Workbench to simulate the deformation of the original double-gear internal sliding bearing, check the original sliding bearing size, select the appropriate size and tolerance, analyze and calculate the deformation of the sliding bearing after assembly, and study the analysis results. The dimensions and tolerances of the plain bearings before assembly are determined. Therefore, it is no longer necessary to perform secondary processing on the inner bore of the double-gear plain bearing after assembly, and the machining precision of the inner surface of the original sliding bearing is retained. It provides an important reference value for solving the problem of interference fit of sliding bearings with the same deformation.
