低油耗轻型柴油机四气门气缸盖设计

摘要 此采用新概念设计4L系列柴油机的气缸盖。提高了柴油机缸内的爆发压力,并且在满足国VI排放法规及气缸盖可靠性的基础上,把节能降耗作为主要目标,最低比油耗可以达到197 g/(kW·h)。详细介绍了气缸盖主参数的确定、气门布置、双层水套以及气缸垫的设计过程。利用CFD分析了气缸盖水套冷却水量分布,利用有限元分析了气缸盖温度场,水套温度场以及高周疲劳的安全系数,气缸盖可靠性通过疲劳试验及台架试验进行验证。分析结果表明气缸盖的工作性能,冷却能力及可靠性均满足设计要求,证明了气缸盖设计的合理性和有效性。 This paper designed the cylinder head for 4L diesel engine by using new concept. The cylinder peak fire pressure of diesel engine is improved, besides meeting the Euro VI emission regulations and reliability of cylinder head, energy saving is regarded as the main objective, the minimum specific fuel consumption can reach 197g/ kW h . The design process of cylinder head main parameters, valve arrangement, double deck cooling jacket and cylinder gasket are introduced in detail. In which the flow distribution of coolant in cylinder head is analyzed determined by CFD, while the temperature distribution of cylinder head, cooling jacket and high?cycle fatigue safety factor of cylinder head are analyzed by FEA, the reliability of the cylinder head is proved by fatigue test and bench test. The analysis results show that the working performance, cooling capacity and reliability of the cylinder head meet the design requirements, the rationality and validity of the cylinder head design are proved.
