摘要
以某船8L20/27柴油机发生的一次废气涡轮增压器喘振故障检查排除过程为例,通过分析增压器喘振故障的机理和该型柴油机结构特点,建立喘振故障树,给出简单排除故障的建议,并提出故障排除和使用维护管理意见,为类似故障诊断提供参考。
Taking the process of checking and eliminating the surge fault of an exhaust turbocharger of a ship’s 8L20/27 diesel engine as an example, by analyzing the surge fault mechanism of the turbocharger and the structural characteristics of the diesel engine, the surge fault tree is established, the suggestions for simple troubleshooting are given, and the suggestions for troubleshooting and maintenance management are put forward, which provides refrence for diagnosis.
