波纹夹层结构耐撞性影响因素分析 被引量:4

摘要 波纹夹层结构广泛应用于防撞设计中,对不同焊接及填充形式下波纹夹层结构的耐撞性能的研究,可为实际工程中焊接及填充形式的选取提供依据.基于有限元仿真方法,讨论了不同焊接形式及PVC泡沫填充形式的波纹夹层结构在冲击荷载作用下的耐撞性能.结果表明,在夹层结构极限冲击能量范围内,夹芯层与面板未焊接条件下的耐撞性能较优,但夹芯层与面板焊接条件下夹层结构所能吸收的冲击能量远高于未焊接条件;全部填充的波纹夹层结构吸能最多撞深最小,但碰撞力峰值过大,不利于夹层结构的保护作用;迎撞面填充的波纹夹层结构吸能效果优于背撞面填充. Corrugated sandwich structures are widely used in anti-collision design.The research on the anti-collision performance of corrugated sandwich structures under different welding and filling forms can provide a basis for the selection of welding and filling forms in practical engineering.The impact resistance of corrugated sandwich structures with different welding forms and PVC foam filling forms under impact load was discussed based on the finite element simulation method.The calculation results show that in the limit impact energy range of sandwich structure,the impact resistance of sandwich structure is better when the sandwich layer and the panel are not welded,but the impact energy absorbed by sandwich structure when the sandwich layer and the panel are welded is much higher than that when the sandwich layer and the panel are not welded.The full-filled corrugated sandwich structure has the highest energy absorption and the lowest impact depth,but the peak impact force is too large,which is not conducive to the protection of the sandwich structure.The energy absorption effect of corrugated sandwich structure filled with collision face is better than that filled with back collision face.
