摘要
为解决物业管理评标优选问题,在结合层次分析法和接近理想解的偏好排序法理论,建立AHP-TOPSIS模型,对4家投标物业管理企业进行综合评价优选.从知名度、标书、现场答辩等方面综合分析评标过程的指标,运用层次分析法确定各个指标的权重,结合接近理想解的偏好排序法建立AHP-TOPSIS优选模型,得到4家投标企业基于评价标准的综合接近度.该结果更优于层次分析法,用AHP-TOPSIS模型解决物业管理评标优选更具有效性和可行性.
With analytic hierarchy process and technique for order preference by similarity to an ideal solution,AHP-TOPSIS model is established to solve the preferred property management. Four bidding property management businesses were involved in the comprehensive evaluation. It analyzed the bid evaluation norms from reputation,tender document and live defense,etc. and defined the norm weight with analytic hierarchy process. Then,it established the AHP-TOPSIS model with technique for order preference by similarity to an ideal solution and acquired the comprehensive proximity based on the four businesses evaluation standard. The result is better than that of the analytic hierarchy process. The AHP-TOPSIS model is more effective and feasible.
