个性化心理干预对不孕症患者怀孕后并发症的影响

The effect of individualized psychological nursing on the infertile patients with pregnant complications

目的探讨个性化心理干预对不孕症患者怀孕后并发症的影响。方法对本院2014年5月～2016年7月收治的110例不孕症患者的心理状态进行调查分析,并采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)对患者进行评价,在患者经治疗怀孕后进行护理干预,根据干预方法的不同将研究对象分为观察组和对照组,每组各55例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上进行个性化心理护理。干预1个月后,采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)对患者不良情绪进行评估,观察两组患者的SAS和SDS评分及并发症情况。结果不孕患者均存在不同程度的心理问题,如容易烦恼和激动(64.5%)、易紧张(57.3%)、感到苦闷(52.7%)、神经过敏(46.4%)、精力不能集中(39.1%)、过分担忧(35.5%)等;护理后观察组的SAS评分为(36.3±1.4)分、SDS评分为(38.9±2.7)分,明显低于对照组的SAS(48.2±6.3)分和SDS(51.8±3.4)分,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组的并发症发生率(3.6%)明显低于对照组(29.1%),差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论不孕症患者均存在不同程度的心理问题,经治疗怀孕后对其进行个性化心理护理可以有效缓解不良情绪,减少怀孕后并发症的发生,值得推广应用。

Objective To study the effect of individualized psychological nursing on the infertile patients with pregnant complications.Methods In our hospital from May 2014 to July 2016,110 cases of infertile patients were investigated and analyzed by using the symptom self rating scale (SCL-90) to evaluate the psychological response,According to the different nursing methods were divided into experimental group( n =55) and control group( n =55),the control group used routine nursing care,the experimental group was gave individualized psychological nursing on the basis of the control group,the self rating Anxiety Scale (SAS),self rating Depression Scale (SDS) were used to assess the patients' emotion after 1 months intervention.SAS and SDS scores and complications of the two groups were observed.Results There are different degrees of psychological problems in infertile patients,easily upset and excited (64.5%),easy to tension (57.3%),feel depressed (52.7%),neuroticism (46.4%),energy no focus (39.1%),overly worry (35.5%);after nursing,SAS(36.3±1.4) and SDS(38.9± 2.7) score of experimental group was significantly lower than the control group [(48.2±6.3),(51.8±3.4)],with statistically significant ( P <0.05);complications (3.6%) of experimental group was significantly lower than the control group (29.1%),with significant differences ( P <0.05).Conclusion There are different degrees of psychological problems in infertile patients,after treatment,it can effectively relieve the bad mood,reduce the incidence of complications after pregnancy,which is worth of application widely.
